We first heard about DRS from a cold call; we normally ring off when we get these, but we were interested in the product, accepted a visit and took up the offer. The alarm was fitted the next day, which was surprisingly painless due to the wireless system. We have just had our 6-monthly check, and all is well. It is easy to use and gives a feeling of security. It is not cheap, but it is more reassuring than our old system. We recommend it.
