The below highlights some of the measures we have taken to ensure that the systems we offer are matched to what is required in today's real world
When considering how we can achieve our objectives to deter, protect and assist our customers we are very much aware that you, our customers, need to feel safe and confident when choosing Direct Response.
Smaller key pad, even more user friendly, no need for constant review of manuals every time you wish to set the system and more aesthetically pleasing within your home.
Easy to use with remote set and unset control management, helping you easily control the functions of this sophisticated system without the worry of getting it wrong.
Remote setting for the Night Set mode. Based on your particular requirements certain areas of your property can be set while you sleep, whether you reside in a flat, bungalow house and even require outbuildings to be secured. The remote setting means from the press of a button you can set the alarm to protect all areas that will not be used by you or your family during the night, this can also be used during the day should you have the need.
CCTV technology is incorporated within a sensor. This means that this particular sensor captures pictures and, should the circumstances require these images are sent to the monitoring station that can then send onto the police in the event they are needed.
Dual Tech sensors: these are as advanced as they sound, able to overcome the issues that our clients require and other alarm only suppliers are unable to supply. These sensors remain effective even in extreme conditions such as conservatories and garages where heat and cold would render most sensors useless.
Pet friendly sensors have been developed for those who need them and can be supplied as part of there particular system. These sensors can detect and differentiate the shape, heat and mass of pets so where other systems cannot protect those customers who have pets, a Direct Response system can be effective without excluding areas where pets roam.
Fire protection can be seamlessly implemented should you require.
