We’ve had a lot of feedback from our customers thanking us for being totally transparent with our charges. Many say that have had experience in the past with security companies that offer what appeared to be very low charges upfront and whilst this might appear at first to be a far better deal they then charge “horrendous” call out, maintenance and service charge. Direct Response Provides Holiday For The Disabled
We take our corporate social responsibility very seriously at Direct Response and we like to regularly give something back to the community. For example, we recently paid for disabled charity HPH Solihul to take 18 disabled adults on holiday to Ross-On-Wye.
